Change your mind? Not a problem! Please return your item to us through an insured and signed for delivery service (within 14 days) and we will refund you for the product. Drop us an email at [email protected] so that we can provide you with a reference number and a return address.
Items must be returned to us in original condition, with original packaging, internal packaging, contents, and documentation. If the item is not returned in this condition, a restocking charge will be applied.
If any goods you received are damaged or otherwise in a state of physical impairment, we must be contacted immediately via email at [email protected]. We will not accept any liability for damaged goods if reported after 2 days of delivery.
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse delivery or sign the driver’s delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Once received back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund for the damaged items via the original payment method.
If you feel your item is faulty upon arrival, we advice you to contact us for technical support to troubleshoot and fix any technical issues before organising a return. Goods returned with no fault found are subject to a restocking/handling charge; by contacting manufacturer support, we can avoid this by confirming the fault and obtaining the return to vendor authorisation or DOA code.

Faulty Products Beyond 14 DaysIf your item develops a fault after the 14-day DOA period, please contact the manufacturer to have it fixed under Warranty as listed under the Warranty section below.
All our products come with a standard 1-year warranty from the manufacturer unless otherwise specified on the product page. For refurbished items, please refer to details on the item page. If your item has developed any fault not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear & tear, and is still within the warranty period covered by the manufacturer, please contact the manufacturer.
